All other products may be returned to us for a full refund provided that they have not been opened.

In order to save our customers money we ship according to weight. Most items will be shipped Priority Mail. Shipping costs begin at $5.50. The cart will not reflect your shipping charges. You may request the shipping charges on the comment section of the shopping cart order form and we will e-mail you the total once the order has been shipped. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. In case of backordered items you will be notified via e-mail.

FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $60.00 shipped within the U.S. Free Shipping offer excludes Northern Edge Flaxseed and all Juices.

All payment information is sent through a secure server which encrypts the information for your protection. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. You also have the option of sending us your order and then calling in your credit card information. Our store hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm CST. If you are sending in your order during off hours or weekends, please call the following business day with your credit card information. You may also place your order and pay by money order. We can not accept personal checks. Once you submit your order we will e-mail you with the total including shipping. You can then print off your order and send it in along with your money order made out to Specialty Pharmacy.
